SBCC group sessions across Inyonga and Utende wards engage adolescent girls, pregnant women and young men on early pregnancy and substance abuse.
01
Why integrated
Adolescent pregnancy in Nsenkwa is not a single-cause story — it sits at the intersection of school dropout, alcohol availability and the absence of after-school structure for girls. The SBCC curriculum was deliberately broadened.
02
Engagement
68 adolescent girls, 22 pregnant women and 41 young men attended across the four sessions; two informal boys' clubs have continued to meet weekly without project facilitation.
