The mandate
Afya Yangu is USAID's flagship RMNCAH activity. ASUTA's piece is community demand generation and the bridge between facility services and the household — antenatal completion, postnatal coverage, adolescent SRH, family planning continuity.

Why Katavi
Katavi posts some of Tanzania's weakest RMNCAH indicators. Distance to facility, transient mining and fishing populations and thin CHW coverage make community-led outreach the only realistic delivery model.
