GBV referral: standing up the Bagamoyo pathway

RFE Round 10's GBV component opens with a formal MoU between ASUTA, the Bagamoyo District Hospital one-stop centre and the gender desk.

Any client disclosing GBV within 72 hours is escorted to the one-stop centre for PEP, EC and forensic documentation. Case managers open a tracked file within 24 hours — the same protocol later adopted under AHADI.

58 GBV cases opened in the first quarter post-MoU. Disclosure rates rose sharply once the pathway became visibly trusted.
