What graduation looks like

Three consecutive months of recorded net profit, demonstrated stock control and a working customer base. The 22 graduates moved off project sub-grant and onto a small revolving loan facility hosted by a local SACCOS.

Why it matters

The IGA spine was always the most contested piece of the RFE design — too unconventional for some donors, too commercial for others. The 18-month profitability data settled the argument.
